Refund policy
At Colorflock, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unworn, undamaged goods, you can return them within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please review our return policy details below:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn and undamaged.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. For damaged goods, buyer must notify Colorflock at hi@colorflock.com within 3 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Except for damaged goods, customers are responsible for paying for return shipping plus a 5% restocking fee on all returns.
Damaged goods
In the event that your Colorflock item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, you may be eligible to receive store credit or a full refund with no restocking fee. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at hi@colorflock.com within 3 days of receipt and provide an image of the damage to request a full refund.
Refunds and Exchanges:
When we receive your unworn and undamaged goods, we will issue a refund for the full item amount less a 5% restocking fee to the original form of payment.
We do not process exchanges. Instead, you can order replacement items at your discretion.
Exchanging sale items:
If you are returning an item that you bought on sale or promotion, you may be eligible for a discount code if you purchase an exchange item. To request a one-time discount code for exchanges, please email us at hi@colorflock.com. For example, if you are returning an item you bought with our 15% welcome discount, and would like to exchange it for a different size, we will generate a one-time 15% off code so that you can get the same discount.
Return Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. When you initiate a return, we will provide instructions on how to package and deliver your return. Your refund will be processed when we received the returned items. Colorflock is not responsible for return shipments that fail to be delivered. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your returns.
How to create a return:
To initiate a return, visit accounts.colorflock.com, select the correct order, and click "Request Return". Select the eligible items you would like to return and provide a reason for your return. Once you submit your return request, it will be reviewed by our team. Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions and to return your item(s).
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, and include your proof of purchase.

Processing your return:
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Exceptions:
Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
