- In most cases, shipping takes 3-10 days, though this may vary based on origin, destination, or season.
Delivery Information
- We ship using various carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- We deliver to all US states (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canadian provinces.
- We accept PO Box addresses.
- We do not offer expedited shipping options.
International Fulfillment
While we maintain fulfillment centers in both the USA and Canada, some orders may be fulfilled internationally (particularly from the USA to Canada). In these cases:
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- We cannot predict which orders will be fulfilled internationally.
- Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is deemed lost in transit (no tracking updates for 5+ days after expected delivery date), we will provide a full refund or replacement.
- If the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
- If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at hi@colorflock.com within 3 days of receipt and provide photographs of the product and damage.
