When will my order arrive?

Colorflock goods are printed to order. Printing and fulfillment can take anywhere from one to a few days, depending on demand. Once your goods are printed, they're shipped directly to you (for free!), typically within a week.

If you want more information about your order, head to accounts.colorflock.com, login with the email address you used on the order, and check the status of your order.

How long does shipping take?

In most cases, your Colorflock goods should arrive within 3-10 business days.

Some factors that affect shipping times:

  • During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, it may take us longer to print and ship your item.
  • Depending on your location, shipping may take longer. We have fulfillment centers in Texas, North Carolina, California, Canada, and Europe. If you're close to the fulfillment center from which your item ships, your items will arrive faster.

What is Colorflock's return policy?

You may return undamaged, unworn goods within 30 days for a refund to your original form of payment. We charge a 5% restocking fee for returned items, and ask you to cover return shipping.

How do I start an exchange?

The way we do exchanges at Colorflock is to simply process a return for your original order and allow you to order replacement goods at your convenience.

Head over to accounts.colorflock.com, login with your email address, select the order, select the item(s) you want to exchange, and request a return approval.

Once we approve your return, you'll receive an email with instructions to ship your goods back to Colorflock.

In addition, we'll include a 5% discount code that you can use when you purchase your replacement goods, to offset the restocking fee that we assess for returns.

Note: If you want to exchange an item that was ordered on sale or with a discount code, please reach out to us at hi@colorflock.com to ask about getting a one-off code for your exchange.

How do I start a return?

Head over to accounts.colorflock.com, login with your email address, select the order, select the item(s) you want to return, and request a return approval.

Once we approve your return, you'll receive an email with instructions to ship your goods back to Colorflock.

Colorflock has a 30 day return policy. Return requests made more than 30 days after you receive your goods will be declined.

Where are Colorflock's goods made?

Colorflock sources blank products such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs from various places around the world, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Central America.

The bird designs are printed on demand at one of our fulfillment centers in the United States or Canada, and then shipped straight to you.

When is the next sale?

We rarely run seasonal sales. The best way to get a deal from Colorflock is to subscribe to our email newsletter. You'll get 15% off your first order, and we send out exclusive discounts several times a month.

In addition, we offer multiple item discounts on all our Just Bird items. Pick two or more birds on any of the same item (e.g. t-shirts) and get a discount.

Is Colorflock a non-profit?

Colorflock is a for-profit business committed to donating half of our profits to bird conservation. We use the remainder of our profits to advertise, pay our artists, and develop new products.

How do I cancel or change an order?

Made a mistake? Need to update your address? No worries. Contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order and we can cancel or correct it.

Once your order has been printed, we cannot cancel it. Once it has shipped, we cannot update the address. So, contact us ASAP!

My goods arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. We do our best to ensure every item goes out in tip-top shape, but sometimes we miss things, and sometimes they get damaged in transit.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days and provide a photo of the damage. If we assess the damage happened before or during shipment, we'll either offer a full refund (no restocking fee) or send a replacement free of charge.

Does Colorflock charge sales tax?

Colorflock charges sales tax based on both location and sales channel. Since we are headquartered in Tennessee, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders that ship to Tennessee.

In addition, if you check out via Facebook, Instagram, or Shop Pay you may be charged sales tax by those platforms. Colorflock does not assess nor keep this tax. If you'd like to avoid paying sales tax for orders outside Tennessee, check out on our website and use a payment option other than Shop Pay.

I want a bird you don't have. Can you add it?

We love getting suggestions for new birds to draw, and we prioritize oft-requested species. If you can't find your bird on our full list of birds, send us an email and make a suggestion!
